Audit & Oversight Structure

This section outlines OLTA’s strategy for internal control, third-party audits, and institutional-grade monitoring.

Objectives

  • Ensure integrity of fund operations and NAV calculations

  • Detect and prevent security or logic vulnerabilities

  • Build long-term institutional trust through verified transparency

Internal Oversight

1. Risk Monitoring Committee

An internal team is responsible for tracking:

  • NAV computation accuracy

  • Pricing oracle health

  • Rebalancing events

  • On-chain anomalies and governance proposals

This committee meets regularly and can trigger internal flags or propose emergency mitigations.

2. Code Reviews & Test Coverage

All smart contracts undergo continuous code review and unit testing. Critical logic (e.g., fund flow, token issuance, pricing) is subject to enforced test coverage thresholds.

Third-Party Audits

OLTA will collaborate with independent, Tier-1 blockchain audit firms to:

  • Verify protocol security and economic logic

  • Test oracle feeds, admin access, and slippage handling

  • Certify protocol upgrades before deployment

Audit reports will be publicly released and version-tracked.

Real-Time Monitoring

  • On-chain alerts for abnormal NAV movement or fund flows

  • Automated checks on liquidity, token balances, and gas usage

  • Failover scripts for emergency shutdown or fund protection

Governance Oversight

  • Governance decisions are tracked, signed, and verified on-chain

  • Critical actions require multi-sig sign-off from independent stakeholders

  • Delegated voting structures may introduce additional monitoring accountability

Through layered controls and verified audits, OLTA reinforces its commitment to operational security and transparency aligned with institutional standards.
