OLTA would runs on **Base** first, the Layer 2 network incubated by Coinbase, which provides institutional-grade reliability and rapid settlement. Multichain deposit support is on the roadmap to extend the same standards of security and transparency to other leading networks. 

Multichain includes Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, Linea, Polygon, Optimism, Hyperliquid & Ethereum. OLTA would explore partnership with all EVM L2.

By aligning proven index methodology with on-chain technology, OLTA lays the groundwork for the next era of global capital markets.
