Core Contributors
A team of core contributors responsible for building, refining, and scaling the protocol over time.
OLTA is driven by a team of core contributors combining deep expertise in decentralized finance, financial engineering, and protocol development. The contributors are responsible for architecting and operating the core components of the OLTA protocol from smart contract systems and index design to brand development.
The project was initiated and is led by Yanis, a financial engineer graduaded from Leonard de Vinci Graduate School of Engineering Paris-la-Defense, one of France’s top engineering institutions. With a professional background that includes experience in MO/FO at Tier 1 UCITS/AIF Management Company (commonly known as ‘Super ManCo’) in Luxembourg and CTO leadership at a blockchain-focused fintech in Dubai, the founder brings a rare combination of institutional finance knowledge and hands-on blockchain execution. Since 2022, he has worked full-time in crypto, delivering audited smart contracts, protocol infrastructure, and algorithmic market-making systems.
The core contributors include:
Developers (Smart Contracts & Infrastructure): Build and maintain the protocol’s architecture, including minting, staking, governance logic, oracle integrations, and performance analytics systems.
Asset Allocation & Risk Leads: Verify that rule-based index methodologies are carefully applicated, select assets & weighting within mentionned criteria, implement quantitative filters, propose benchmarks and run simulations for fund optimization.
Business Development Leads: Handle strategic partnerships, onboarding of institutional actors, and ecosystem expansion.
Marketing Development Leads: Drive strategic communication, brand development, and investor engagement.
Operations & Compliance Leads: Oversee KYC/KYB logic, regulatory alignment, and implementation of smart governance policies.
OLTA core contributors work collaboratively with external auditors, on-chain data providers, and token holders to ensure a high standard of transparency and innovation. All development is modular, security-first, and oriented toward institutional usability.
